Motivation Money is a self-service tool. All product features are available on every tier — the only difference between plans is the seat limit and statement retention.
Current Promotion
Pro tier is free for 3 months — unlimited team members, no credit card required. Sign up before the promotion ends and your organization locks in free unlimited seats through the promotional period.
What Every Tier Includes
All plans share the same feature set:
- Full dashboard, REST API, and CLI access
- Payroll runs, ad-hoc payments, and reimbursements
- Payroll scheduling (monthly, semi-monthly, bi-weekly, weekly)
- Audit log with CSV export
- OKX and Kraken integration
- Custom email branding (org logo and signature)
- Webhooks and OpenAPI spec
- Zero platform fees on payouts
Plans
Free — $0/month
Up to 3 active team members. Same features as Pro — no credit card, no trial period, free forever within the seat limit. Includes 24-month statement records.
Pro — $1.99 $0/member/month (first 3 months free)
Removes the seat limit. Same features as Free, scales linearly as your business grows. Billed per active member beyond the first 3 after the promotional period. Self-service — upgrade and manage billing from your dashboard.
In addition to everything in Free:
- Unlimited team members
- Lifetime statement records
Add-on: Dedicated Infrastructure — $99/month
For teams that need dedicated resources and static IPs. Available as a Pro add-on:
- Dedicated VPS with fixed outbound IP for CEX API allowlisting
- Isolated compute and database resources — no shared tenancy
- Asynchronous payout execution with staggered withdrawal windows
- Concurrency controls and observability dashboard

What Counts Toward the Limit
Only active and pending team members count toward the free tier's 3-member limit. Inactive, rejected, or pending-approval members do not count.
No Per-Transaction Fees
Motivation Money does not charge per-payout fees. The only variable cost is the exchange's own withdrawal fee (typically $1--$10 depending on network and stablecoin), which is paid by your organization directly to the exchange.
Pay-In Pricing (Coming Soon)
Motivation Money is building pay-in capabilities — invoicing, payment pages, and on-chain collection. Pricing for collection features will be announced when pay-in launches. Pay-out will remain free of platform fees.
